I'm Ale, a product designer based in Mexico. For the last 7+ years I've designed web and mobile products, led design teams and owned products from the first sketch to launch. The part I enjoy most is the messy middle: sitting with a complicated problem, talking to the people who deal with it every day, and working it down until it feels simple.

These days I mostly team up with startups on MVPs and AI products, usually as the person who connects what users need with what the business and the engineers can ship.

Before design I was a marketing coordinator at an AI startup and a community manager in government. Switching careers and evolving along the way is part of who I am, and it's why I care about the business and the people as much as the pixels.
